All external businesses/organisations will need to provide confirmation of their Public Liability insurance when bookings.
All prices are GST inclusive.
Where LASA cancels a meeting room booking, either a transfer to the next available meeting room hire date will apply or a full refund will be given. If a meeting room booking is cancelled, LASA is not liable for any related costs incurred by a facility and/or individual (eg accommodation, transport).

LASA Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be paid if the cancellation occurs more than 10 working days prior to the meeting room reservation date. Cancellations within 10 working days will not be refunded. A $50 cancellation charge will be incurred.
